In one paragraph

QuoteIQ has five plans, from $29.99 to $699.99 a month, sized by how many users they include. Yearly billing gives you two months free. Extra users are $25/mo on any plan. The plan most pressure washers should evaluate is Beginner ($99.99, 2 users), because it’s where satellite measuring starts. From 8 users, Elite costs the same as or less than Pro plus extra users, and it includes more.

The yearly discount, worked out

QuoteIQ says yearly billing saves two months: you pay for 10 months and get 12, upfront. Applied to each plan, that’s:

Our arithmetic from QuoteIQ’s monthly prices (monthly × 10). QuoteIQ’s own FAQ example lists Elite at $2,999.99 a year.
Plan · usersMonthly billingYearly totalPer-month equivalent
Essentials · 1$29.99$299.90≈ $24.99
Beginner · 2$99.99$999.90≈ $83.33
Pro · 4$199.99$1,999.90≈ $166.66
Elite · 10$299.99≈ $3,000≈ $249.99
Max · 20$699.99$6,999.90≈ $583.33

Because the yearly price is paid upfront, start on monthly billing during your first busy season. Switch once you’re sure the app fits your workflow.

Cheapest plan for your crew size

Every plan lets you add users at $25/mo, so the cheapest option isn’t always the plan that includes your headcount:

Monthly billing. Assumes you don’t need a higher plan’s features.
UsersCheapest setupPer month
1Essentials (no measuring) · Beginner (with measuring)$29.99 · $99.99
3Beginner + 1 extra user$124.99
5Pro + 1 extra user$224.99
6Pro + 2 extra users$249.99
7Pro + 3 extra users$274.99
8–10Elite$299.99

The table only covers price. Plans also unlock features: email and text automation, job costing and QuickBooks start at Pro, and route optimization and instant online quotes start at Elite. If you need those, the plan’s feature list decides for you, not the headcount.

IQ credits: the usage meter

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of IQ credits: 500 on Essentials, 1,500 on Beginner, 3,000 on Pro, 5,000 on Elite and 8,000 on Max. Some features draw on them. The pricing page’s main example: each proposal sent costs 100 credits on Essentials, Beginner and Pro, while Elite and Max include proposals. On Essentials, five proposals use the whole monthly allowance. During your trial, check how many credits your normal week uses, and what extra credits cost, before picking a plan.

Other costs

  • AI website builder: $34.99/mo on Essentials through Elite; included on Max.
  • Extra storage: +100 GB $9.99/mo, +500 GB $34.99/mo, +2 TB $99.99/mo.
  • Payment processing: through Stripe or Whop, with fees separate from the subscription and not listed on the pricing page.

Is it worth it?

For a pressure washing or exterior cleaning business, Beginner is usually the plan that pays for itself, because satellite measuring can replace site visits. Essentials is a good, cheap way to get professional quotes and online payments if you measure on site anyway.
