GorillaDesk Pricing (2026): Cost per Route, Free Office Users and Texting Fees

The real price
GorillaDesk’s real starting price is $49/mo for Basic with one route and unlimited office users, but recurring billing, GPS tracking and drive-time routing are listed on Pro, so most recurring pest, lawn and pool accounts will pay $99/mo from the first truck. The pricing breaks at the second truck: a 2-truck crew that needs GPS tracking pays $149/mo on Pro, and every route after that adds $50/mo.
GorillaDesk charges by route, not by person. Admins, managers and sales users are free on every plan, so hiring office help never raises the bill. Adding a truck does. Prices below are the regular month-to-month rates from GorillaDesk’s pricing page, checked October 27, 2026. An annual price is not published.
What you’ll pay by crew size
Assumptions: one route per truck, and everyone who is not driving a route is office staff (free). Our data does not say whether a second technician riding in the same truck needs a route of their own, so ask before you sign up if you run 2-person trucks.
| Profile | Plan needed | Monthly billing (per month) | Annual billing (per month) | What drives the price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo operator (1 user, 1 truck) | Basic | $49 | Not published | 1 route. Basic routing handles up to 25 stops. Need recurring billing or GPS? That is Pro at $99. |
| Small crew (3 users, 2 trucks; 2 techs + 1 office) | Pro | $149 ($99 + $50 for route 2) | Not published | GPS tracking and drive-time routing for 2 trucks are Pro features. Office user is free. |
| Growing fleet (5 users, 3 trucks; 3 techs + 2 office) | Pro | $199 ($99 + 2 × $50) | Not published | Each added route is $50. Both office users are free. |
| Established operation (10 users, 5 trucks; 5 techs + 5 office) | Pro | $299 ($99 + 4 × $50) | Not published | 5 routes. The 5 office users are free; if they are field helpers instead, extra cost is not published. |
The office-user math is GorillaDesk’s strongest selling point: an established operation with five office staff pays nothing for them. A per-user product would charge for every one.
Every plan by number of routes
| Routes | Basic | Pro | Growth |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $49 | $99 | $149 |
| 2 | $99 | $149 | $249 |
| 3 | $149 | $199 | $299 |
| 5 | $209 | $299 | $399 |
Route fees differ by plan. Basic adds $50/mo for routes 2 and 3, then $30/mo per route. Pro adds $50/mo per route. Growth adds $100/mo for route 2, then $50/mo per route.
Two things stand out. Going from Basic to Pro costs $50/mo at one route, or $600 a year, and that is what you pay for recurring billing. And Growth runs $100/mo more than Pro at two routes and at five. Only pay it if you will use map-based estimating, the sales pipeline, custom fields or multi-branch support.
First-year promo vs year-two renewal
No first-year or introductory promo is published for GorillaDesk, so the regular prices above are what you pay in year one and year two.
Fees and add-ons that aren’t in the headline price
- Card and ACH processing: payments run through your own Square or Stripe account, so you pay whatever rates you have there. GorillaDesk’s own processing rate is not published because it does not process the payments itself.
- Texting number: $5/mo.
- Text credits: from $50 per 1,000, which works out to 5 cents a text. Budget $55 for the first month if you add a number and one block of credits. Overage pricing and whether Basic’s automated texts draw on these credits are not published.
- Setup or onboarding fees: GorillaDesk’s pricing page lists no setup fees and no contracts, and free migration of basic customer data. Paid onboarding packages are not published.
- Contact sales: nothing on the price list is marked as contact-sales. Annual billing pricing is not published.
Skip it if
- Most of your work is one-off jobs like handyman repairs or remodels. GorillaDesk is built around recurring routes. Jobber is a general all-rounder that handles quoting, scheduling and payment for project work.
- You run pressure washing or exterior cleaning. Those trades sit outside the pest, lawn, pool and cleaning work GorillaDesk is built for. QuoteIQ is a quoting-first app designed for exterior cleaning.
- You sell landscape design-build and live in estimates. LMN is landscaping software built around estimating and crew management; see our best lawn care software picks for how it compares.

How to get the best price
- Count trucks, not people. Add every office person; they are free. Only routes change the bill.
- Decide on recurring billing first. If you bill route customers monthly, Basic will not do the job, so compare Pro, not Basic, against other tools.
- Do not pay for Growth by default. At two routes it is $249 against $149 for Pro.
- Ask about annual billing in writing. No annual price is published, so get any discount quoted before committing.
- Buy text credits after the trial. Watch how many reminders you send in a normal week, then buy the right block. Larger blocks cost less per text than the $50 starter block.
